unlimited bladeworks was also an amazing route even if it was very stressful... seeing archer meaningfully challenge shirou's ideals was really thought-provoking. the mixture of good writing and action too... and on top of it all there was more rin and archer screentime. it could bring someone to tears TO TEARS they're my favorite characters
archer is my DOCTOR he's my ENGINEER he's my MECHANIC he's my SUBWAY DRIVER he's my PILOT he's my DAD!!! EVERYTHING I DO IS FOR ARCHER!!!

incredible introduction to the fate series. i love saber... rin and sakura have a lot of work to do for their routes!!
i will say that the first half was a bit slow and very exposition-heavy. but because it ends in a very emotional ending builds up the other two routes i will excuse it
i don't usually read fantasy action stuff like this, so i was very surprised to like this vn as much as i do. i am definitely watching fate/zero after finishing all routes

NO JOKE this is probably the best anime series i've ever watched. there's a reason this franchise has been popular for like 30 years! it's very emotionally intense and the characters are probably the most human i've ever seen. lots of thought-provoking symbolism too... ending was absolutely bonkers tho
also i think my favorite out of the pilots would have to be ayanami rei #kuuderefan
